Do you take the lights down at the end of the season?

Yes. Removal is included. Removals begin January 2 and go through January 10 (weather permitting). No appointment is necessary for removal. Removals are done in a geographic order as to ensure a quick removal for all of our customers.

What happens if I have a problem with my lights?

We take extreme care in making sure the lights are fully functional upon install completion. However, should you have a problem, call us - we will fix the problem. Problems resulting from Mother Nature may be charged a small service fee. Icicles are the most problematic lights. In wind storms icicles may blow up into gutters causing GFI problems. Icicles in wind storms also have a tendency of bulbs becoming broken resulting in small sections of the lights going out.

How much does your service cost?

Price is based on the following criteria: Square footage of the house, tract home or custom home, type of lights being installed. Extra features such as trees, bushes, path lighting, décor will also determine the price of your display.

Do you provide the lights or do I?

We are an all inclusive service - We provide lights, timers, extension cords, clips – and after the season we haul everything away and store it at our facility.

Do I need to be home for the installation?

No. Most of the time, our customers do not need to be home during the installation process. In some cases the power supply access may be inside the garage, behind a locked fence or gate, and in those cases the home owner would need to be home to grant us access. In these situations many times the homeowner may provide other sources of electricity; such as leaving an extension cord leading under the garage, etc..
